1. About the Service

BookMyInteriorLeads.in ("we", "our", "platform") is a lead marketplace that connects homeowners seeking interior design services with verified interior designers and firms across India.

2. Lead Purchase Terms

  • Shared Leads are sent to a maximum of 3 interior designers. Pricing starts at ₹99 per lead.
  • Exclusive Leads are sent to only 1 designer. Pricing starts at ₹399 per lead.
  • Lead details include homeowner name, phone number, location, property type, budget range, and requirements.
  • All leads are verified through our 3-step process (OTP, confirmation call, budget qualification) before listing.

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • If a lead's phone number is invalid or unreachable within 48 hours of purchase, we will provide a replacement lead at no extra cost.
  • Leads where the homeowner has changed their mind after submission are not eligible for replacement.
  • Bulk pack and subscription purchases are non-refundable but unused lead credits do not expire.
  • To request a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the lead.

4. Designer Responsibilities

  • You must contact leads professionally and respectfully.
  • Do not share lead information with third parties or other designers.
  • Misuse of homeowner data (spam, harassment, reselling) will result in immediate account termination.

5. Homeowner Terms

By submitting your requirement on our platform, you consent to being contacted by up to 3 verified interior designers regarding your project. Your information will be shared with these designers to facilitate the connection.

6. No Guarantee of Conversion

We provide verified lead information but do not guarantee that any lead will convert into a paying project. Conversion depends on the designer's responsiveness, pricing, portfolio quality, and other factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

BookMyInteriorLeads.in acts as a marketplace connecting parties. We are not responsible for the quality of interior design work, project disputes, or payment issues between designers and homeowners.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
